【会社・部門紹介】 クライアントの経理・人事・購買・コンタクトセンターといったオペレーション業務を請負型で受託し、自動化・効率化などのビジネス変革を実現するコンサルティング・アウトソーシング（BPO）サービスを提供しています。アクセンチュア国内外拠点と連携し、最先端のテクノロジーを活用し、業務変革を実現します。 ※お任せする役割や参画いただくプロジェクトの種類は、ご経験と培ってこられたスキル・バックグラウンドを加味し、決定いたします。 【職務内容】 BPOプロジェクトにおいて、オペレーションの業務管理及び改善活動を推進するポジションです。オペレーション業務を安定的かつ効率的に運営しつつ、生産性を抜本的に改善するため業務設計し、オペレーション業務プロセスに落とし込みます。 【役割および責任】 ◆コンサルタント オペレーション業務の責任者（プロジェクトリーダー）として業務運営、および 業務高度化・効率化の コンサルティングを行います。広範囲・領域横断でのBPOプロジェクトにおけるオペレーション業務改革の企画、実行、実現に責任を持ちます。オペレーションの生産性を抜本的に改善し、ファイナンスを含め全体責任を担います。 プロジェクトの契約ベースライン管理、コスト・スコープ・品質、リスク管理および課題管理～改善提案・要員管理等の責任者となり、クライアント責任者とコミュニケーションをとり報告の責任を担います。 上記に加えてオペレーションチームのパフォーマンスを最大化するため人材育成も行います。 キャリアプランとしては、特定領域の専門家として、アカウントプランやプロジェクトファイナンス管理まで担当することを目指します。担当プロジェクト拡大への貢献も期待されます。 ◆チームリード／スーパーバイザー（コンサルタント候補） 業務管理者/スーパーバイザーとして、オペレーションチームのオペレーターをマネジメントし、チームのオペレーションタスクを完了まで実行管理します。 担当チームの業務について改善課題を抽出し、業務の自動化、効率化を実施し、クライアント担当者とコミュニケーションをとり業務運用を推進します。上長の指示をもとに改善施策を実行し、コンサルタントに必要な経験を積んでいただきます。 また、担当チームのメンバーのパフォーマンスを向上させるための指導や労務管理を行います。 キャリアプランとしては、特定プロジェクトの全体責任を担い、コンサルタントとしてオペレーション業務改革に責任を持つ役割へ進むことが期待されます。 ◆コンサルタント 【必須要件】 ・ビジネスレベルの日本語能力 ・10名以上の人員管理・プロジェクトマネジメント経験 （正社員への業務指導、育成・評価・フィードバック経験） 上記に加え、以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方 ・事業部全体レベルでの業務プロセス改革（BPR）経験 ・ファイナンス管理を含むBPO現場でのマネジメント経験 ・BPO現場での実務・運営・管理経験 ・システム設計やSEなど業務・システム設計から業務プロセスを変革された経験 ・以下バックオフィスにおける知識・3年以上の業務運用経験 ＞経理・財務、人事労務、調達・購買、カスタマーサービス 等 【歓迎要件】 ・英語スキル（TOEIC 700程度/ビジネスレベルで読み書き会話ができる） ◆チームリーダー／スーパーバイザー 【必須要件】
