The Maintenance Control Director is responsible for monitoring and maintaining documents of all MQ-9 scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. This position will directly support continuous communication with Government representatives such as the COR and Maintenance Officer regarding contract requirements.
JOB SUMMARY Supports all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby. Supports the tracking and resolution of service issues.
