募集職種 リーガル・セクレタリー（秘書サービスチーム） 職務概要 秘書サービスチームの一員として、弁護士をサポートし、高品質なサービス提供を行っていただきます。 業務の受付・優先順位付け・遂行を適切に管理し、チーム内外と連携しながら、迅速かつ効果的に秘書サポートの提供や課題解決に取り組んでいただくポジションです。 秘書チーム内のみならず、オフィス全体の円滑な業務運営とチームワークの醸成にも貢献していただきます。 主な業務内容 1. 文書作成・事務サポート Microsoft Office（Word / Excel / PowerPoint 等）。主にWordを使用した各種文書の作成、法律文書のアメンド等。 文書管理システムへの適切なファイリング 契約書類の準備、校正、コピー、スキャン、PDF処理 2. 秘書業務・専門的サポート クライアント対応を支える管理業務全般 機密情報の管理 会議・イベント・オフサイトミーティングの準備および手配 翻訳手配、スケジュール管理、メール対応補助 経費精算・請求書処理 国内外出張の手配・調整 3. 社内システム・情報管理 社内サイト・Wikiページの構築および管理調整 弁護士のCV（経歴書）の更新・管理（Web掲載含む） 社内システム（Client Book、Matter Explorer 等）の更新 各種社内資料の修正・管理 4. マター（案件）管理・請求サポート
