■職種概要 トータルソリューションエンジニアは、ロボット・AGV・WES（Warehouse Execution System）を統合し、物流センター・倉庫全体の自動化構想から導入までを一貫してリードするポジションです。 単一設備や単一ラインの自動化ではなく、物流フロー全体を俯瞰しながら、複数設備・複数システム・複数ベンダーを統合し、“物流そのもの” を再設計していく役割を担います。 Mujinがこれまで培ってきたロボット技術・AGV技術・知能化技術を基盤に、次世代物流モデルの実現に向けた超大規模プロジェクトを推進していただきます。 ■部署の役割 トータルソリューション本部は、Mujinの次期戦略である「完全自動化ソリューション」を推進する中核組織です。 これまでMujinは、アームロボットによる知的作業の自動化と、AGV/AMRによる搬送自動化 を実現してきました。現在はその次のフェーズとして、ロボット・AGV・WES・マテハン設備を統合し、物流センター全体を自動化する「トータルソリューション」事業を本格展開しています。 本部署では、単なる設備導入ではなく、物流フロー設計・システム統合・現場実装・運用最適化まで含めた全体設計を担い、次世代物流モデルの構築を推進しています。 ■募集背景 事業急成長による増員。 顧客からの厚い信頼と強い要望をいただき、2023年7月に第1期コンサルティング事業をスタート。わずか半年間で、コンサルティング事業の好評と好調により、2024年1月にはアクセンチュアとのジョイントベンチャー「Accenture Alpha Automation株式会社」を設立し、現在当社事業は第3フェーズである「トータルエンジニアリング事業」へと突入し、国内事業の拡大はかつてないスピードで成長しています。 業務内容 • 物流センター全体の自動化構想・要件定義 • ロボット・AGV・WES・周辺設備を含めたシステム全体設計 • 各種マテハンベンダー、SIer、施工会社との技術調整・統括管理 • プロジェクトマネジメント（品質・進捗・コスト・リスク管理） • 顧客への技術提案、意思決定支援 • 稼働後の立ち上げ支援および、次世代物流モデルとしての成功事例・標準モデルの確立・横展開 必須要件 • 物流、FA、マテハン、自動化領域いずれかにおける大規模システム導入経験 • 要件定義〜設計〜導入まで一貫して関与した経験 • 複数ステークホルダーを巻き込みながらプロジェクトを推進した経験
