Head of Japan Finance AnyMind Japan株式会社 ポジション概要 AnyMind Group日本法人であるAnyMind Japan株式会社の財務・会計・税務オペレーション全般を統括する責任者ポジションです。 経理・会計を主たる領域としますが、それに限らず、当社の多角的な事業構造を深く理解し、経営管理・業務改善の現場まで深く踏み込んでいくコミットメントを求めます。CFOおよびGroup Financeと密に連携しながら、日本法人の経理・財務・税務の維持・強化をし、AI・テクノロジーを活用した業務変革も推進いただきます。 業務内容 1. Closing / Accounting Operations 月次・四半期・年度の日本法人単体決算（J-GAAP） 仕訳・勘定管理・AP/AR・固定資産・経費精算の統括管理 Group Financeへの月次reportingパッケージの品質管理と期日提出 決算早期化・精度向上に向けた継続的な業務改善の推進 2. Tax Compliance（Japan） 法人税・消費税・源泉徴収税の申告・納付管理 税務調査対応 移転価格ポリシーの日本側対応 税理士・顧問との連携・管理 3. Japan Audit / Internal Control 日本法人の監査法人対応（単体財務諸表の監査） J-SOXにおける日本法人の内部統制の整備・運用・評価・報告 内部統制フレームワークの維持・改善・定着化 4. Accounting
