職務目的 ・SMEマーケット開拓による法人契約を獲得するビジネスを担当 ・九州地区福岡支店が保有する直扱い契約の更改アップセル・クロスセルなど保険募集活動 ・営業社員の育成・サポート・帯同・管理業務 職責 アカウントマネージャーとして主にSMEマーケット開拓による法人契約を獲得するビジネスを担当します。 主な業務の一つはplaying managerとして九州地区福岡支店が保有する直扱い契約の更改アップセル・クロスセルなど保険募集活動に自ら関わると同時に、営業社員の育成・サポート・帯同・管理業務を行います。保険商品も多岐に及びますので、生損保問わず他社の商品知識も身につき、専門的なリスクコンサルティングで、潜在リスクの洗い出しを含め、適切なリスク対策の組み合わせをお客さまごとに提案します。 また営業社員の育成・指導にも携わります。見込み先へのアプローチ話法や商談の工夫を含め、営業社員に企業への適切な情報提供、企画・提案力を指導します。 主要な関係先 内部関係先(AIG組織内) AIG損害保険株式会社 外部関係先(AIG組織外) 大同生命保険株式会社 FWD生命保険株式会社 福岡県・佐賀県連各法人会 東京海上日動火災保険ほか損害保険各社 必要とされるスキル・経験 最終学歴 ・学士号または同等の学位 スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許 【免許】普通自動車運転免許 【スキル】コミュニケーションスキル、Excel・PowerPoint等の操作スキル 【性格/気質】素直な方、関連部署と協力的な関係を築ける方 業務経験 ２年以上の営業経験 At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part
