PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION CS業態の商品投入(初回投入および補充)において、売上予算の達成と時勢(お客様ニーズ)に基づいた配分を店舗特性に合わせて、サイズレベルまで的確に実行する 同時に、各店の在庫量を商品の入替によって最適状態にて運営していく KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OBJECTIVE & TARGET 売上高、マージンなどの主要KPIの達成をサポートし、輸送およびオペレーションコストの削減も意識して利益の成長に貢献する 各コマーシャルモーメントにおいて明確な戦略をもって、計画通り正確に在庫を配分する ALLOCATION OPERATIONS 販売動向を分析し、適量な初回投入およびタイムリーな補充を行うことで欠品を防ぎ、コンバージョンを上げる (消費者満足を最大化する) 設定された店舗の在庫レベルに従って、商品のINとOUTを効率的かつ確実に実行する 販売動向をもとに、フルプライス販売を促進するためのさらなる機会を模索し、Allocation業務を遂行しながらバイヤーへの提案も実行する ロジおよび輸送コストも意識しつつ、納品頻度、カートンの充填率、輸送手段をサプライチェーンチームとデータや情報を共有しあいながら調整していく KEY RELATIONSHIPS DM and Store Managers CE Team Store Design & Construction Supply
