Primary Purpose / Regulatory Responsibilities: 包装スタッフ〈SS〉は包装グループマネジャーにレポートする。 GMP及び関連法規に準拠し、品質基準を満たす製品を計画に従い製造する。安定製造を実現するための環境を整える。高品質な製品を製造するための品質システムを構築する。包装業務の領域の専門性、特殊技能を習得し業務に活用するとともに他者を教育する。 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 包装グループの業務範囲において、 • 担当領域の安全を確保し職場での労働災害を防止する。 • 専門領域のSMEとして、責任業務範囲のGMPを実行する。 • 専門領域の活動において指導・管理・監督を行う。 • 工程管理を遂行し、安定した製造を効率的・効果的に行う。 • GMPの実行能力を計画的に改善する。 • HSEの実行能力を計画的に改善する。 • 5S活動を計画、実施する。 • 人員配置と生産計画を適切に制御し納期を遵守する。 • 施設・設備の維持管理の計画を作成し実行する。 • 施設・設備導入の計画を作成し実行する。 • クオリフィケーション・バリデーションを計画し実行する。 • 品質データを分析し工程改善を提案、計画、実行する。 • 製造データを分析し効率改善を提案、計画、実行する。 •
