Date Posted:2026-07-09 Country: Japan Location: Kanagawa Branch Office: Yokohama World Porters 6F, 2-2-1 Shinko Naka-ku,Yokohama-shi,Kanagawa, 231-0001 JAPAN 役職名 検査員 仕事内容 オーチスで働きませんか？オーチスには、コラボレーション・イノベーション・エンパワーメントを重視し、「人」と「会社」の成長に向けて取り組む環境があります。 日本オーチス・エレベータ（株）では現在、都市を支えるインフラとして欠かせないエレベーター、エスカレーター（当社製）の定期的な法定検査等、お客様のスケジュールに合わせて検査業務を遂行頂きます。お客様とコミュニケーションを図りながら仕事を進めることが重要となりますエレベーター・エスカレーターの定期検査は、1台につき120分程度。原則保守員と2名体制で実施。担当エリアにもよりますが、基本的には、1日3-4台程度の検査を実施。そのほか検査員は、有資格者として技術レベルも高いことから検査を通じたサービスエンジニアへの技術指導も行って頂きます。 選考基準 昇降機等検査員資格必須 普通自動車免許必須 電気や電気工学のスキルをお持ちの方 安全を最優先とし、プロフェッショナルを目指す方 他者とのコミュニケーションを大事にしている方 好奇心旺盛で、一人でもチームでも仕事ができる方 デジタルツールの使用に慣れている方。 成長メリット 安定した業界の世界的なマーケットリーダーである当社にて就業頂きます。 労働時間：08時45分〜17時30分 時間外労働：あり（月平均25時間） 36協定における特別条項あり（納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる） 賃金：224,000
