Overview 概要 Dynamics 365 のプリセールスエンジニアとして、主にCRM領域のソリューションをご担当頂きます。主要なソリューションエリアは、Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Dynamics 365 Field Service 及び Power Platform、Copilot Studioとなります。 特に Dynamics 365 Contact Center および Dynamics 365 Customer Service 領域は重点分野であり、コールセンターやヘルプデスクなどの問い合わせ受付業務に関する業務知識、ならびにコールセンター基盤に関する経験・スキル・知見が求められます。同領域における業務実績、業務経験、提案実績、構築経験いずれかの業務実績が重要となります。 お客様の意思決定者、業務部門のキーパーソンや現場メンバー等へのヒアリングを通し、ビジネス課題を理解し、MicrosoftのAIソリューション、Dynamics 365 （CRM領域）を中心にその他の周辺ソリューション（Microsoft 365 Copilot、Azure各種サービスなど）によってお客様の課題をどのように解決できるか、技術観点から営業と共に提案活動を行います。セールス、アカウントチーム、パートナーと社内外に連携しながら、技術的な観点でお客様に価値訴求し、マイクロソフトのソリューション価値を実証し、技術的にご評価を頂けるよう努めて頂きます。 また、Business Application（Dynamics 365、Power PlatformやCopilot Studioなど）に関するお客様との会話を通じて他のソリューションチーム（例：Power Platform、Fabric、Microsoft 365 Copilotなど）とのコラボレーションを行い、Microsoftプラットフォームの全体価値をお客様に価値訴求頂きます。 上記担当ソリューションエリアにおける四半期ごとの売上目標をチーム、組織の一員として達成し、エンタープライズ領域におけるマーケットづくり（サクセスカスタマー、事例化）にも貢献頂きます。 当部門はエンタープライズ及び成長分野のお客様を担当する部門となります。Microsoft全体のAI機能のみならず、Dynamics 365 Sales & Service領域やPower Platformに関する最新AI機能やAIエージェント、アーキテクチャ、テクノロジー、活用方に関する専門技術を習得頂ける環境です。最新AI/エージェントを活用しながら技術者として深い知識を習得頂きながら、お客様への価値提案及びお客様の成功、マーケットへの幅広い影響を与えられるプリセールス技術エンジニアの職務となります。 Overview You will lead AI
