１．主な職務における成果責任/ Description of Primary Role & Responsibility (1) 組織横断的な開発戦略の立案を実行する ①プロジェクト・マネージャーは、プロジェクトの日本への導入から、市販後のライフサイクルマネジメントまでの全てのステージに渡って、製品価値の最大化に貢献します。 ②組織横断的な連携をリードします。開発戦略は、開発品の特性を基に、非臨床、臨床、薬事、臨床試験の実施、製剤開発・製造、及びマーケティングの観点から立案され、実行されます。開発のステージに応じて、より注視・考慮される項目は変化しますが、開発品の価値最大化は各項目の連携なくしてはあり得ません。プロジェクト・マネージャーは、その活動内容を効果的かつ正確に、適切なタイミングで共有できるよう働きかけ、また、意思決定機関への提案を促進できるよう問題を議論します。 (2) 開発戦略と実行を確実にする ①チームの機能全体を見渡し、決定時期の計画と関連したデリバラブルを推進するとともに、プロジェクトの戦略立案に携わります。また、開発品戦略における活動をリードし、その内容が全体的な戦略と実行メンバー、各担当間で整合性が保たれているかを監督します。 ② 必要な社内会議（電話／ビデオ／対面会議）を開催し、議論をリードします。また必要な外部会議（機構相談、提携パートナーとの会議等）にも出席します。 ③ リスク回避のためリスクコントロールプランを策定できるようプロジェクトチームとの議論に参加し、そのプロセスをリードします。 ④ プロジェクトチームを代表して、開発品の進捗確認を行い、進捗報告レポートを作成し、必要に応じてマネジメントに報告します。 (3) 医薬開発部門とコマーシャル部門の連携を確実にする 医薬開発部門とコマーシャル部門との間で開発とマーケティング活動に関連する計画を共有し、必要に応じて双方の戦略と計画に反映できるようにコマーシャル関連部門と協議します。 (4) 新開発品及び上市品のライフサイクルマネジメントプランの評価と開発推進 ①開発メンバーやマーケティング担当と協働し、開発品及びライフサイクル候補品の価値分析をリードします。 ②早期開発品に対する日本のインプットを、米国にあるグローバル医薬開発本部に適宜、適切なタイミングで提供することにより、日本への導入をリードします。 (5) グローバル医薬開発本部 ポートフォリオプロジェクトマネジメント部門との連携 米国にあるポートフォリオプロジェクトマネジメント部門との協働により、プロジェクトチームが常にグローバルの開発戦略に整合した日本の開発計画の立案・実行を確実にします。 ２．応募資格/ Qualifications 【資格・能力要件/ Desired Behavioral
