職務目的（Job Purpose） 各商品（自動車保険、個人火災保険、傷害保険、企業火災保険、企業賠償保険等）における保険料算出等のアクチュアリー業務を遂行する。 収益の拡大を目指して関係各部を数理的にサポートする。 メンバーと協働し、アクチュアリー業務の技能・知識をレベルアップする。 職責（Job Responsibilities） 1.料率算出業務 保険料率決定のための各種分析、試算の実行、その結果の説明をサポートする。 2.分析業務 定期的な分析を実施し、商品設計／料率検証プロセスに継続的に関与する。 目的に応じた個別詳細分析を実施し、それら分析結果を関連部署に提供（説明を含む）することで、商品設計、引受ルール作成、各種施策のプロセスをサポートする。 引受チーム等と協働し、ポートフォリオ管理をサポートする。 3.認可申請・届出業務（主に個人商品） 認可申請チームと密接に協働し、保険数理に関する認可申請書類（算出方法書および保険料算出の根拠等）の作成および金融庁との認可折衝遂行をサポートする。 4.ファイナンス業務 商品チームと密接に協働し、担当する保険商品の収益性および成長目標の計画策定をサポートし、その計画の進捗をモニタリングする。 会計処理（IBNR見積手法を含む）の変更の有無およびその影響を確認する。 5.スキル向上 常に新しい技術・最新の知識の取得を図り、自らおよびチームメンバーの技能向上を目指す。 他商品のアクチュアリーの行動を把握し、自らが担当する保険商品の数理業務に利用する。 自己啓発（アクチュアリー資格取得等）に対して真摯に取組み、かつ結果を残す。 主要な関係先（Key Relationships） 内部関係先(AIG組織内) 商品数理部の他課 商品所管部の各課 経理・財務部門（保険負債数理部、経理部、保険計理人、財務企画部） 業務が関連するグローバルのアクチュアリー 外部関係先(AIG組織外) 日本アクチュアリー会 金融庁 業界団体 必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and
