チーム紹介/About the Hiring Team 仕事内容/What the Role Entails 仕事内容 開発中のAAAタイトルの背景アート制作を担当し、ゲームの世界観を深く表現する重要な役割を担っていただきます。具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。 1. ゲーム内のエリア、背景、オブジェクトの3Dモデリングおよびテクスチャ作成を行い、リアルな質感とディテールを実現。 2. コンセプトアートを元に、ゲーム内ビジュアルスタイルに合わせた精緻な背景デザインを制作。 3. シェーダーやマテリアルの設定を行い、ゲーム内の質感や光沢、反射などを再現。 4. リアルタイムレンダリングやパフォーマンスの最適化を行い、ゲームプレイのクオリティを維持。 5. アートディレクターやレベルデザイナーと連携し、ゲームプレイやストーリーと調和した背景の実現。 応募資格/Who We Look For 応募条件 1. Maya、3ds Max、Blender、ZBrushなどを使用した背景アート制作の実務経験のある方。 2. Unreal EngineやUnityを使用した背景制作の経験と、パフォーマンス最適化の実務経験のある方。 3. コンセプトアートを基に、ゲームのビジュアルスタイルに合わせた3D背景のデザイン・制作ができる方。 4. シェーダーやマテリアルの設定に関する基本的な理解と、リアルな質感を再現できる方。 5. チームワークを重視し、アートディレクターやレベルデザイナーと効果的に連携できるコミュニケーション能力のある方。 6.
