雇用機会 お客様は私たちにとって最も重要であり、多くのエンドユーザーは私たちの製品・サービスを信頼して安心した日々をおくることが出来ています。私たちのビジネスの将来のために、重大な問題を解決して価値を提供することが出来るLead IT Business Analyst を求めています。あなたを必要としています。 職務詳細： 1. 全社イニシアチブにおける戦略・変革構想の支援 ディストリビューション、オペレーション、マーケティング等を含む全社イニシアチブにおいて、ビジネス部門がオーナーとなる戦略・変革構想をIT BAとして支援します。ビジネス主導の戦略検討に参画し、IT視点・論点整理・仮説検討の観点から議論を構造化し、ビジネスと共に考えるパートナーとして伴走します。 2. 要件・プロセス分析および技術ソリューションへの接続 ステークホルダーおよびBusiness Product Ownerと連携し、要件の収集・整理・文書化を実施します。業務フロー分析を通じてAs-Is／To-Beプロセスを定義し、改善機会を特定します。開発チーム、アーキテクトと連携し、要件分析・定義のためのディスカッションをファシリテートします。 3. 戦略の具体化・実行設計支援 合意された戦略・構想を実行可能な形に落とし込み、ロードマップ、マイルストーン、KPI、リスク、ガバナンスの設計を支援します。 4. 全社DX・変革プロジェクト推進（Agile含む） 全社DX／業務変革プロジェクトにおいて、ビジネスとITの橋渡し役として推進します。PMやスクラムマスターと連携し、Agileの展開・定着をリードするメンバーとして参画します。 5. 組織能力向上・リーダーシップ Lead IT Business Analystとしての専門性を発揮しつつ、チーム及び周辺組織の底上げをリードします。メンバーの育成、スキル向上支援、ナレッジ共有の推進を通じて組織全体のパフォーマンス向上に寄与します。また、ステークホルダーとの円滑な関係構築や意思決定支援を行いつつ、必要に応じてチームマネジメント・リソース配置・育成計画の策定にも関わるなど、管理職候補として組織マネジメントに寄与する役割を担います。 経験： ・オムニチャネル/業務改善に関わる職務経験、生命保険会社でのビジネスアナリストとしての職務経験が少なくとも３年はある。 ・リードビジネスアナリストとしてプロジェクトをリードした経験がある ・多文化の環境の中での職務経験があることが望ましい。 コンサルティングファームでの勤務経験またはコンサルティングプロジェクトの経験があると尚可。 スキルおよび能力 ・職域を超えたチームをサポートし、クロスファンクショナルなチームをリードできるリーダーシップ、外交的手腕、モチベーションスキルを保持 ・すぐれたコミュニケーション能力（口頭、書面、プレゼンテーション） ・継続的改善に対する意欲・カスタマーセントリシティーに基づいた思考を有する ・システム開発プロセス（特にAgileモデル）に理解がある ・保険商品および保険業法に関する知識を有する ・論理的思考力および仮説ベースでの課題設定・分析力 ・複雑な全社課題を構造化し、関係者を巻き込みながら推進する能力 ・プロジェクトマネジメント、ステークホルダーマネジメント能力 ・経営層・事業部門・IT部門向けのドキュメンテーション／プレゼンテーション能力
