AI Builder（AIビルダー） アジア15ヵ国の事業オペレーションをAIで再定義し、グローバル展開を主導するAI Builderを募集 ポジションの概要 AnyMind Groupは、コマース、マーケティング、EC、物流、DXなど、ビジネスの根幹を支えるプラットフォームを世界15ヵ国・地域で展開しています。 本ポジションは、これらの事業オペレーションとプロダクト群に対し、AIソリューションを実装・展開し続けるAI Builderの募集です。生成AIの急速な進化により、開発組織のあり方そのものが変わりつつあります。 本ポジションは、事業ドメインの深い知見をもとに業務をAIエージェント化し、そのアウトプットが正しいか、品質をどう担保するか、そしてどう責任を取るかを見極め、事業インパクトへと変換していくことを期待します。 ※弊社では、グローバル拠点との連携や、現場のオペレーションを深く理解するため、出社を基本としたスタイルをとっています。 ミッション 事業オペレーションの再構築：マーケティング／EC／物流／DX他の各事業オペレーションをAIで再定義し、人的リソースを戦略的・創造的な領域へシフトさせる。社員の業務生産性向上が、そのまま顧客への提供価値の質とスピードに直結する構造を作る。 グローバル事業基盤の標準化：アジア15ヵ国・地域に分散するビジネス知見とオペレーションをAIで集約・統合。言語や国境の壁を越え、グループ全体の強みを即座に同期・活用できる基盤を構築する。 プロダクト価値の継続的拡張：事業オペレーションで実証したAIソリューションを自社プロダクト群へ展開。「事業オペレーション → プロダクト → 市場」の高速ループを回し、AnyMindの提供価値を継続的にアップデートする中核を担う。 業務内容 業務のAIエージェント化：担当ドメイン（マーケ／EC／物流／DX等）の業務プロセスを整理し、AIエージェントとして設計・実装します。 品質管理プロセスの設計と統括：AIエージェントの出力信頼性を最大化するため、検証プロセスを確立。品質基準やセーフティ・ガードレールの設計を主導し、デリバリーされる成果物の最終的な品質責任を担います。 事業インパクトの最大化：エージェント化した業務の効果を検証し、他事業・他国展開への横展開を主導します。 ステークホルダーとの連携：エンジニアチームや事業部・ビジネスサイドと連携し、要件の言語化から導入後の運用改善までを一気通貫で推進します。 応募資格 【Must】必須条件 特定の事業ドメインで現場の業務プロセスを深く理解し、構造化した経験 品質を見極め、責任を持つ姿勢：AIのアウトプットが正しいかを検証し、品質・成果に自ら責任を持って意思決定できる思考力 論理的思考力とビジネスコミュニケーション能力：事業サイド・開発サイド双方と連携し、課題を構造化して推進できる力 【Want】歓迎条件 SEやテックリード等のエンジニア経験を経てPM・企画職に転向した方 LLMを活用したプロンプト・ハーネス等の設計を含む、業務自動化経験 マーケ／EC／広告運用／物流／DX等の領域でのAI活用・業務自動化の実務経験 事業会社・SaaS等でのプロダクト企画・グロース経験 英語環境でのコミュニケーション経験 求めるマインドセット 自らコードを書くことよりも、「事業に対してどれだけのインパクトを与えたか」「AIの仕事にどれだけ責任を持てたか」を成果指標として追求できる方 開発スキルは入社後に伸ばしていける前提で、まずはドメイン知識を武器に、AIを基盤に事業を動かす意欲のある方 ポジションの魅力
