Position:Customer Support Associate II Job Description: 主な職務内容（Principal Accountabilities） 1. 営業支援・顧客対応 主に間接販売を担当する顧客に対し、日々の営業支援およびカスタマーサービスを提供する 高い顧客満足度を維持しながら、社内業務プロセスの効率化を考慮した営業支援を行う フィールドセールス、技術部門、サプライヤーマーケティング、製造拠点、購買部門などの社内部門、サプライヤー、および顧客との連携窓口として業務を遂行する 顧客の要望を先回りして把握し、迅速かつ効果的に対応する 2. 受注処理（Order Processing） PO（注文書）の内容を確認し、価格、輸送条件、配送方法、技術仕様、品番、その他顧客固有の要件を確認したうえで、正確かつ迅速に受注処理を行う 注文登録前に顧客との相違点を解消する Arrow ERPシステムへ受注登録を行い、複雑な案件はShared Servicesチームと連携して解決する バックログレポートを確認し、製品コスト、納期要求、サプライヤー在庫状況を考慮しながら最適な受注対応を行う 3. カスタマーサービス・サービスリクエスト対応 SOW（Service Level Agreement）に基づく顧客サービスレベルを維持する 注文状況、RMA（返品承認）、請求書・注文確認書、与信状況、納期短縮依頼、出荷要件などに関する問い合わせへ迅速かつ適切に対応する 製品返品や保守契約解除の依頼内容をOracle ERPへ登録する 必要な情報を確認したうえで、ガイドラインに基づき受付可否を判断する 4. バックログ・請求・請求差異対応 受注から請求までのバックログ、サービスリクエスト、RMA案件を管理する オープンオーダーやRMAを継続的に確認し、サプライヤーによる出荷・請求状況を把握する 価格、数量、入庫実績、運賃、税コードなどの差異によるサプライヤー請求書の不一致やクレームを調査・解決する 5.
