仕事内容 ￣￣￣￣ ホテル館内における 製菓部門業務全般の管理 運営をお任せします。 【製菓業務】 アフタヌーンティー商品の製作 ブッフェデザートの製作 ウェディングケーキの製作 ギフト商品の製作 テイクアウト商品の製作 季節限定商品の企画・製作 ケーキ、焼き菓子等の商品開発 製パン、ベーカリー商品の製造 製菓スタッフへの技術指導 など ※製菓業務が中心ですが、 ホテル内で提供するパンやベーカリー商品の 製造にも携わっていただきます。 【マネジメント業務】 スタッフ育成、技術指導 勤怠、シフト管理 人員配置、業務分担 生産計画の作成 業務改善提案 他部署との調整、連携 製菓部門の業務品質向上 など 【管理業務】 原価管理 食材発注 在庫管理 衛生管理 品質管理 予算管理 など 【必須条件】
