職種 正社員 職務明細 国内外大手2社の合弁会社で､高い安定性を実現！ ビルメンテナンスの国内パイオニアであるグローブシップ㈱と、世界の総合施設管理大手の仏ソデクソ (Sodexo S.A.) との合弁会社が、｢グローブシップ･ソデクソ･コーポレートサービス株式会社｣です｡ 両社のノウハウやネットワークを生かして､国内の工場や事業所向けに清掃や警備､備品調達など､ 総合施設管理（IFM: Integrated Facility Management ）事業を展開｡ これにより､今まで以上のサービス展開､質の向上､安定した取引を実現させています｡ 本ポジションの方には、当社の幹部社員として当社のメイン事業であるFMサービス関連事業（ファシリティマネジメントサービス）の取りまとめを主にご担当いただきます。 詳細は下記の業務内容をご確認ください。 スキル・資格 【必要となる能力・資格】 - 高い対人コミュニケーション、交渉および折衝能力 - ステークホルダーとの関係性構築スキル - 優れた文書作成力 - 広範なITリテラシー - プレゼンテーション能力 - 5名以上のチームを率いたマネジメント、リーダーシップのご経験 - 日本語：ネイティブレベル - 英語：ビジネスレベル以上 - FM・BM・不動産等の関連資格保有者は尚可 【歓迎するスキルや経験】 - FMサービスの実務経験 - 既存深耕営業のご経験 - カスタマーサクセスのご経験 - BPO事業のマネジメント経験 - 総務業務の統括マネジメント経験 業務内容 本ポジションは当社の幹部社員として、メイン事業であるFMサービス事業（ファシリティマネジメントサービス）の取りまとめを主にご担当いただき、クライアントとの長期的なリレーションの構築、新規業務受注や既存サービスの拡大に伴う予算獲得や収支管理、業務効率化やサービス品質向上のための各種施策提案、当社メンバーのマネジメントなど、当社サービスの先頭に立って推進をしていただく、挑戦的なポジションとなっております。 FM業務のご経験は勿論の事、既存深耕営業やカスタマーサクセス、BPOや総務関連の責任者クラスのご経験をお持ちの方は、早期にご活躍いただけるかと存じます。
