Point72 Academy 夏季インターンシップ（日本） 投資業界でのキャリア形成に関心をお持ちの方を対象に、2027年12月から2028年7月の間に卒業予定の学生向けに、2027年6月から8月にかけて実施される8週間の夏季インターンシップへの応募を受け付けています。 Point72 Academyは、変化し続ける投資業界において投資アナリストとして活躍するために必要な知識・スキルの習得を目的とした育成プログラムです。2015年の設立以来、2025年11月時点で230名以上のアナリストを輩出しており、その中には現在ポートフォリオ・マネージャーとして活躍しているメンバーもいます。 本インターンシップは、講義形式のトレーニング、投資ケースワーク、メンターシップを組み合わせたプログラムであり、金融およびリサーチの基礎、公開市場の仕組みに対する理解を深めるとともに、将来的にフルタイムの Point72 Academy Associate プログラムに進む可能性も見据えた準備を行います。 インターンシップ期間中の主な内容 アナリストとして必要な基礎知識・スキルを習得 会計・モデリング・プレゼンテーション・コンプライアンス研修 投資チームと協力し、株式アナリストの日常業務を直接体験するとともに、当社のポートフォリオマネージャーが担当するセクターの一つについて理解を深める ポートフォリオマネージャーが担当する業界セクターへの理解を深める アカデミーのコーチと密接に連携し、データ分析をさらに深め、投資アイデアに関する最終プレゼンテーションを準備 コンプライアンス、情報セキュリティ、および共同CIO室と連携し、投資プロセスやワークフローにおいてAIを効果的に活用する方法を探求 求める人物像 学問分野不問：あらゆる学問分野の学生を歓迎します。専攻は選考の決定要因ではありません。チーム協働できる力、高い誠実さ、知的好奇心、リーダーシップの素養を備え、金融市場に強い関心を持つ方を求めています。 金融サービス業界への高い関心：本プログラムはプロジェクトベースで進行するため、企業分析や株式分析に関心をお持ちの方を歓迎します。 主体性と決断力：高い自己管理能力を持ち、不確実性の高い環境下においても自ら考え、判断できる方。 語学力：日本語および英語の双方において、口頭・文書ともに円滑なコミュニケーションが可能な方。 応募資格 2027年12月から2028年7月の間に大学または大学院を卒業予定の方。 リサーチや問題解決に強い関心を持ち、知的好奇心を持って学び続けられる方。 高いプロフェッショナリズム、誠実さ、卓越性を重視し、学業およびキャリア形成の真摯に取り組める方。 最高水準の倫理観を重視できる方。 金融業界でのキャリア探索に強い意欲をお持ちの方。 選考プロセスについて オンライン応募：オンライン申請、エッセイ、および履歴書は、応募者のご経験やバックグランドを理解するための提出資料となります。オンライン応募を完了次第、書類選考を開始します。 ケーススタディ：書類選考を通過された方には、これまでの経験やビジネスに対する考え方を示していただくため、ケーススタディへの参加をご案内します。 オンライン・アセスメントおよび面接：ケーススタディの提出および審査後、選考通過者にはオンライン・アセスメントおよびAcademyチームの複数メンバーとのオンライン面接に進んでいただきます。 注意事項 選考準備が整い次第、早めに応募および必要書類の提出を完了されることを推奨します。 Point72 Academyインターンシップ・プログラムへの応募は、グローバル全体を通じてお一人につき1回限りです。応募にあたっては、最も関心のある地域をを選択のうえご応募ください。 本プログラムへの応募手続きにおいて、いかなる形であっても生成AI（GenAI）の使用は禁止されています。
