ポジション概要（About the Role） CBREのエンジニアリング・オペレーション・マネージャーとして、 担当施設・キャンパス、または複数ビルのポートフォリオにおける機械設備・電気設備の運用・保守全般を統括し、チームをマネジメントしていただきます。 本ポジションは Engineering & Technical Services に属し、 設備・システムのサポート、予防保全、修理対応を担うチームをリードする役割です。 主な業務内容（What Youll Do） ■チームマネジメント * スタッフの直属マネジメント（指導・育成・評価の実施） * 採用活動（面接・採用判断）への関与 * チームメンバーのトレーニング・スキル開発・パフォーマンス管理 ■オペレーション管理 * 日々の業務計画・スケジュール管理、業務割り当て * クロストレーニングの推進、進捗・期限管理 * チームへの技術的サポート（運用・保守上の課題対応） ■設備・ベンダー管理 * 委託業者・協力会社・エンジニアへの指示・管理 * 設備制御システムおよびアセットマネジメントシステムの日常運用管理 * 顧客の技術・保守基準を施設管理プログラムへ反映
