職務内容 【会社概要】 RX Japanは日本最大級の展示会主催会社です。 圧倒的な立ち位置で、業界内では競合が少なく、新しい展示会を高速で立ち上げる「新陳代謝」の速さが強みです。 業界最大手であり、2025年には年間100本以上の展示会を運営するリーディングカンパニーです。 グローバルなネットワークがあり、海外22の国と地域に拠点を持ちます。 RX Japanは東京ビッグサイトや幕張メッセなどで、製造業からファッション、ライフスタイルまで幅広い分野で、各専門業界のイベントを主催しています。 中国・台湾をはじめとする海外企業に向けた営業戦略の立案から実施までを担う、事業の中心メンバーとしてご活躍いただきます。 年々その重要性が高まる展示会において、海外出展社の誘致を担当いただく極めて重要なお仕事です。 日本と海外のビジネスをつなぎ、グローバルに成長する機会を支える役割を期待しています。 【具体的な仕事内容】 ・中国・台湾企業を中心とした海外企業に対する出展誘致活動（新規開拓営業） ・中国・台湾の業界団体・協会や関連機関への協力依頼、マスコミ等へのPR活動 ・既存展示会のさらなる国際化に向けた戦略立案、新規展示会の企画・提案 ・国内外の関係者（社内チーム、代理店、業界団体など）との調整・連携 ・中国・台湾をはじめ、必要に応じて海外展示会（例：ドイツなど）への出張 【配属】 ・事業本部（展示会チーム、海外営業ユニット） ・チーム人数：約15～20名（海外営業担当を含む） ・報告ライン：チームマネージャー → 部門長 【勤務環境】 ・勤務地：東京オフィス ・勤務形態：出社 ・出張頻度：中国・台湾を中心に約2か月に1回程度。その他、海外展示会への参加可能性あり（年間5～6回程度） 【キャリアパス】 ・営業スペシャリスト（セールスエキスパート）として専門性を磨く道 ・ピープルマネジメントへの進展（チームリーダー、マネージャー職） ・グローバル部門や他国拠点でのキャリア機会 【応募資格】 ＜必須条件＞ ・大卒以上 ・中国語（北京語／繁体字圏含む）ネイティブまたはビジネス上級レベル（顧客提案・交渉が可能なレベル）
