【 Rapyuta Robotics について】 私たちは、「Empathy（共感）」というコアバリューに基づき、「きつい」「汚い」「危険」な仕事を自動化し、人々がより知的で創造的な仕事にチャレンジできる社会を実現したいと考えています。世界でも最先端の制御技術および人工知能技術を活用した、ロボティクスプラットフォームやロボットソリューションの開発と、企業への導入・運用支援を行うことで、この社会の実現を目指しています。これまでの資金調達額は100億円以上にのぼり、毎年右肩上がりの成長を続けています。30ヶ国以上から300名以上の多国籍メンバーが集まり、日本・インド・アメリカを拠点に事業を展開しています。 現在弊社では、ロボティクス革命のさらなる推進に向けて、熱い志と豊かな才能を持った仲間を募集しています。 【期待する役割】 Logistics Consultantは、Rapyuta ASRSを活用し、顧客の物流課題を整理・構造化し、最適なソリューション提案から要件定義までをリードするポジションです。 単に顧客要望を聞いて社内に伝えるのではなく、背景にある本質的な課題を特定し、業務要件・システム要件・プロダクト要件として整理します。そのうえで、Sales、Business Analyst、Project Manager、Product Managerと連携しながら、標準機能・運用設計・設定変更・将来的なプロダクト改善のいずれで対応すべきかを見極め、スケーラブルなソリューション提供に貢献していただきます。 物流業界での経験は歓迎しますが、必須ではありません。 Product Manager、Solution Manager、 ITコンサルティング、業務/DXコンサルティング、上流SIer、SaaSなどの経験をお持ちの方も歓迎します。 【職務内容】 顧客の物流フロー、作業効率、物量波動、保管効率、システム運用状況などの把握 顧客課題の分析、要求整理、業務要件・運用要件・システム要件への落とし込み ASRS導入による生産性向上、保管効率改善、作業負荷軽減、投資対効果の試算 ロボット台数、棚構成、スループット、ピッキングステーション、レイアウトなどの検討 WMS、ERP、在庫管理システムなど既存システムとの連携要件の整理 Sales、BA、PM、FE、PdM、開発チームと連携した要件定義・導入支援 顧客期待値と社内の制約を踏まえた優先順位付け・期待値調整 UAT設計・準備・実施の支援 導入時の技術面・安全面・現場調整の橋渡し プロジェクトで得た知見の文書化、ベストプラクティス化、プロダクト改善へのフィードバック Requirements 必須要件 以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方 Product Manager Solution Manager ITコンサルタント
