グローバルSaaSプラットフォームを活用し、顧客企業のカスタマーエクスペリエンス（CX）向上を実現するポジションです。 導入後の活用促進・最適化・戦略支援まで一貫して担当し、顧客のビジネス成長に貢献します。 企業情報 グローバルで展開する大手エンタープライズ向けソフトウェア企業です。 AIを活用した顧客体験管理（CXM）プラットフォームを提供し、世界中の大手企業のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを支援しています。 職務内容 * 顧客企業に対するプラットフォーム活用の最大化支援（定着・利用拡大・価値創出） * 顧客課題の分析およびエンドツーエンドのソリューション設計・提案 * プラットフォームの設定・構成および最適化のリード * 導入後の変更管理および継続的な改善提案 * ステークホルダーとの関係構築（事業部・代理店・管理者など） * 製品活用状況の分析とアップセル／クロスセル機会の創出 * 業務効率化やAI活用によるROI向上の提案 * プロダクトチームとの連携による機能改善フィードバック * トレーニングやナレッジ共有による顧客教育支援 理想の人材 * ITコンサルティングまたはマネージドサービス経験（目安：5年以上） * CCaaS／クラウドコンタクトセンター領域の知識 * （IVR、ルーティング、AI、カスタマージャーニーなど） * クラウド、AI、チャットボット、外部連携の経験 * Genesys、Cisco、Twilio等のツール経験（尚可） * VoIP、SIP、テレフォニー等の基礎理解
