English follows Japanese: 職務概要 Job Purpose 本ポジションは、MiddlewareEngineeringチームをリードするシニアポジションです。Tomcat、EC2、コンテナプラットフォーム、DataStage、Message Queue、Enterprise Service Bus、JP1、HULFTなどのプラットフォームに関する高度な技術知識を活用し、複雑な技術課題を解決していただきます。 * Operational Managerとして、AIG Japan組織全体へ共有サービスを提供するMiddleware運用チームおよび関連アプリケーションの責任を担います。 * 国内およびオフショアのVendorリソースに対するリーダーシップおよび監督を行い、高品質な成果物の提供、ビジネスサービスレベルの達成、ならびに国内外の標準・プロセスへの準拠を確保します。 * 本ポジションは、技術的卓越性を重視するカルチャーを推進し、信頼性（Reliability）、可観測性（Observability）、パフォーマンス、および堅牢なデータ連携・統合領域でイノベーションを推進できるHands-onなリーダーを想定しています。 * Generative AI技術を運用プロセスへ導入し、信頼性・回復力・復旧性を向上させながら、堅牢かつスケーラブルでセキュアなサービス提供を推進します。 主な業務内容 Job Responsibilities Partner Vendor Management: * 国内拠点を持つインド系オフショアサービスVendorとの関係管理 * オフショアチームとの開発活動、品質基準、成果物管理・調整 * オンショア／オフショア間での技術指導およびナレッジトランスファー推進 Application Ownership *データ連携、データ変換、文書イメージアーカイブ、データ配信などの共有サービスを提供するバックエンドアプリケーションを管理し、ビジネスアプリケーションチームが業界・顧客要件へ集中できる環境を提供
