職種 正社員 職務明細 Customer Deployed AI Consultant は、お客様の現場の最前線に「前進配置」され、経営層やマネジメント層と密接に連携しながら、ビジネス上の重要課題に対して最適なAIソリューションを実装し、確かなビジネス効果を創出する使命を担うポジションです。 Customer Deployed AI Consultantは、お客様と協働するチームの中心的役割として、以下の業務を牽引します。 - 業務課題の探索： お客様の業務ドメインにおいて、価値向上や効果・効率化の観点から「解くべき価値のある問題」を発見します。 - 課題の構造化と優先順位付け： 解決によるインパクト、課題間の依存関係、必要コストなどの観点から客観的に分析し、取り組むべき順序を定義します。 - AIによる解決施策の設計： 組織の再設計やリスク分析を含め、客観的・科学的に評価可能な期待効果を伴うAI活用施策を設計します。 - 実行ロードマップの策定： AIソリューションの組織的な定着と、ビジネス効果創出に向けた中長期的な戦略ロードマップを描きます。 - AIソリューションの実装： Red Hat製品のカスタマイズやAI Agentの実装など、ソリューション全体の設計から実装までを一貫して行います。 - 組織への導入と効果の科学的分析： 施策を実装・導入し、その効果をデータに基づき科学的に分析することで、継続的な改善（施策の再設計）のサイクルを回します。 _ MISSION: Customer Deployed
