(English follows) 【部署の説明/ Description about the division】 財務レポーティング＆コントロール部門は、社内外のステークホルダーに対し、信頼性が高く、タイムリーかつ正確な財務情報および規制関連情報を提供する責任を担います。 当部門は、財務会計、規制報告、税務、財務報告に係る内部統制（Internal Control over Financial Reporting）、アクチュアリアル評価プロセス、ならびに財務オペレーションおよびコントロール機能を統合的に運営し、強固な財務ガバナンスの実現と、ファイナンス領域におけるデータの効果的な活用を推進します。 また、レポーティング、アクチュアリアル、およびデータ分析に関する専門性を融合することで、法令・規制対応の確実な遂行、業務効率化の推進、および財務インサイトの創出を支援します。JGAAP、IFRS、J-ICS、PIM、Taxの5つの会計・報告フレームワークに基づく財務情報を管理・分析し、それぞれのフレームワークから得られるインサイトを活用して、エヌエヌ生命の戦略目標達成に貢献します。 【職務内容/ Job Description】 財務・規制報告業務を統括し、正確性、適時性、および法令・規制遵守を確保した財務結果の提供をリードする。 アクチュアリアル評価および顧客価値（Customer Value）算出プロセスを統括し、適切なガバナンスおよびモニタリング体制を確保する。 IFRS、JGAAP、およびソルベンシー規制（J-ICS、PIM）の各フレームワークにおいて、アクチュアリアル評価結果を財務諸表および規制報告へ適切に反映する。 財務報告に係る内部統制（ICFR）を強化し、アクチュアリアルモデル、前提条件、およびデータプロセスに関する統制の有効性を確保する。 財務・アクチュアリアル領域における業務改善および自動化を推進し、業務効率化と手作業の削減を実現する。 財務およびアクチュアリアル分野における規制当局、監査法人、およびグループ本社との主要な窓口として対応する。 会計、財務報告、アクチュアリアル評価、財務データ管理機能を担うチームをリードし、人材育成および組織能力の向上を推進する。 【入社後の教育・研修について/ Education and Training after Joining the Company】 NNグループが提供するオンライン研修およびリーダーシップ開発プログラムへの参加機会があります。 データリテラシー、マネジメントスキル、リーダーシップなどの能力開発を支援する充実した学習環境を提供しています。 グローバルおよび部門横断型の研修を通じて、専門性の向上とキャリア開発を支援します。 【当該業務の魅力/
