概要 Sakana AIでは、自然界から発想を得るユニークな生成AI技術により世界を先駆ける研究開発を行っています。2025年より、世界トップレベルの生成AI技術を社会実装するために、Applied Teamを始動しました。国内外の主要パートナーとの連携はすでに動き出し、業務のあり方を変えるような大きなインパクト創出を目指すプロジェクトが立ち上がっています。 現在の注力領域として、金融領域や防衛・公共領域へのソリューション開発に取り組んでおり、Applied Engineerは最先端の生成AIやAI Agent技術を用いて日本の最重要課題の解決に長期的な視点を持って挑戦します。 役割と責任: 最先端のAI技術を用いた顧客への革新的なソリューション提供 ドメイン知識を深く理解し、課題解決のための道筋を考え顧客とのやりとりを行う 曖昧な問題や、技術進展の激しい環境下での要件定義および技術アプローチの提案 プロジェクトでコアとなるようなインパクトの大きいAI要素技術の研究開発 Sakana AIが持つ研究成果・技術・ソリューションのプロダクト化検討 Requirements 応募資格およびスキル 日本語の業務文書を理解し、ビジネスレベルの日本語に堪能であること。ビジネスレベルの英語ができればさらに望ましい。 LLMやAIエージェントのような生成AI技術の使用経験があること。具体的には、以下のスキルに対する複数の知識や経験・興味: AI Agent WorkflowやMulti Agent Systemの構築 Deep ResearchやComputer UseなどのAI Agent基盤技術の開発経験 Function calling・MCP・A2Aといった、AI Agent周辺のツール開発 RAGなどの技術や検索エンジンの構築 VLMやOCR技術などを用いた画像込みのドキュメント理解 ファクトチェックなどのハルシネーション対策/引用付与/ガードレールなどの実用的かつ安全なAI運用 タスク特化・ドメイン特化したベンチマークの構築およびベンチマークに対する継続的な評価・改善 自立進化するMeta Agentなどの研究開発経験 AI Agentを用いたOpen-Endedな探索の開発経験 強化学習、教師あり/なし学習などを用いたモデルの設計・学習・評価・改善の経験 課題設定からデータ分析、特徴量エンジニアリング、モデル実装、価値検証まで、データサイエンスのプロセス全体にまたがる経験 GitHub Copilot・Cursor・Devin・Claude CodeなどのAI支援コーディングツールの運用ノウハウ 顧客と一緒に目指す姿を描き、技術検証を通じてソリューション提供まで一通り行った経験があれば尚可 金融業界や政府・防衛関連の職務経験があれば尚可
