職務概要（POSITION SUMMARY） 従業員に対し、ホテル全般に関する情報、館内利用団体（インハウスグループ）、ポリシー変更、その他業務に必要な情報を提供・案内する。 利用可能なサービス、ホテル全般の情報、および施設・設備に関する質問へ対応する。 トリートメント開始前に、ゲストの氏名（姓・名）および予約されているトリートメント内容を確認する。 一日のスケジュールを監視し、時間管理を徹底して予定どおりに業務を遂行する。 直前の予約変更や追加予約について施術担当者へ共有し、必要に応じてスケジュール上の問題を解決する。 スパ・サロンのサービスおよび店頭販売商品の販促・販売を行う。 追加で必要となる商品、消耗品、備品・機器の発注申請書を作成する。 作業エリアや使用する器具・設備を点検し、会社の基準に適合していることを確認する。 スパ・サロン施設における設備の不具合や修繕が必要な箇所について、施設管理部門（Engineering）へ連絡・報告する。 Advise employees on general property information, in-house groups, policy changes, or other pertinent information.
