職務概要（POSITION SUMMARY） レジデンスオーナーおよびそのゲストからの問い合わせに対応し、周辺施設情報の案内や特別な手配・サービス（交通機関の手配、各種予約、クリーニングサービスなど）について、必要な手配を行う、または適切なサービス提供者を紹介する。 特別なニーズを持つレジデンスオーナーおよびゲストからの要望に対応し、満足度向上のためのフォローアップを行う。 ホテルおよび周辺地域の施設・サービス、特別イベントやアクティビティに関する情報を収集・整理し、レジデンスオーナーやゲストへ提供する。 来訪者、業者、契約業者などが来館した際は、レジデンスオーナーへ事前に連絡を行った上で入館を許可し、許可された訪問者のみがアクセスできるよう管理するとともに、キートラッキングシステムへ記録する。 電話応対を行い、通話内容、伝言、依頼、質問、懸念事項などを正確に記録・処理する。 問い合わせや依頼、問題解決のために必要に応じて適切な担当者または部署（施設管理部門、ベルスタッフ、ハウスキーピングなど）へ連絡し、対応を依頼する。 オーナー向け予約サービス（HRS: Home Reservation Services）の内容を理解し、予約関連業務をサポートする。 レジデンスオーナーおよび入居者の入居・退去時におけるエレベーター利用スケジュールの調整を支援する。 オーナーから車両の出庫依頼等があった際には、ベルサービスおよびバレーサービスの手配・サポートを行う。 ロビーアンバサダーとしての業務を遂行する。 シフトログや日次メモを確認し、重要事項や引継ぎ事項を業務日誌（ログブック）へ記録する。 Respond to Residence owners’ and their guests’ requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning)
