雇用機会 お客様は私たちにとって最も重要であり、多くのエンドユーザーは私たちの製品・サービスを信頼して安心した日々をおくることが出来ています。私たちのビジネスの将来のために、重大な問題を解決して価値を提供することが出来るAccounting Specialist を求めています。あなたを必要としています。 Head of Accounting のもとで、JGAAPおよびIFRSに基づいた高品質な決算業務、財務報告、会計オペレーションの遂行をサポートします。本ポジションは、正確かつ迅速な決算処理、分析、会計技術面の対応を担い、会計基準および社内ポリシーへのコンプライアンスを確保する役割を果たします。 オフショアのSSCと協力して、精度・効率性・会計プロセス理解向上を行うことなどが求められます。 職務詳細： 四半期・年次決算（JGAAPおよびIFRS） 仕訳の作成 貸借対照表・損益計算書の分析 会計上の課題の早期発見と能動的な解決 財務諸表の作成・分析 JGAAPとIFRSの整合性・正確性の確保 経営報告および法定報告に関して、Reportingチームと協働 会計技術対応および会計モデル構築 会計モデルの開発または改善のサポート グループファイナンス、リージョナルファイナンス、税務チーム、監査法人との連携 総勘定元帳（GL）オペレーション 元帳クリーンアップ、システム改善、マスターデータ精度向上などの取り組みへの参画 プロセスの効率化と精度向上の推進 監査・査察対応 内部監査および外部監査との調整 各種説明、資料作成、分析の提供 コーチングとコラボレーション MPBS／オフショアチームの作業レビューと建設的なフィードバック ベストプラクティスの推進、標準化、知識共有促進 エンゲージメント向上と継続的改善を推進 プロジェクト業務 ElevateおよびFinance Transformationイニシアチブにおいて、会計・報告プロセスの簡素化・自動化を推進し、Data OperationsやSSCと連携しながら新しいオペレーティングモデルの強化およびIFRS 17のBAU運営の安定化を支援 会計専門性を要する特別プロジェクトのサポート
