Description 職務概要 / Position Summary QMS推進室におけるエンタープライズeQMS／SaaSシステム管理機能をリードし、地域本社および全世界の事業所における一貫したQMS運用を推進する。 品質システムマネージャーは、QMS推進室内のSystem Management Teamをリードし、ニプログループのQMS活動を支えるSaaS／eQMSプラットフォームの安定運用、ガバナンス、継続的改善、グローバル展開を推進する。アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、アジアの各地域本社および全世界の事業所・関係者とのコミュニケーションと調整に責任を持つ。 組織： 信頼性保証本部（Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance Headquarters）QMS推進室 System Management Team 雇用形態： 正社員または同等の雇用形態（社内採用ルールに基づき最終決定） 勤務形態： ハイブリッド／リモート対応を前提とし、時差を考慮したグローバル会議に参加 言語： 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション必須。日本語での業務遂行能力が必要または強く期待される レポートライン / Reporting Line QMS推進室長に報告する。 品質データアナリストおよび品質システムエバンジェリストは、正式なチーム体制確立後は品質システムマネージャーに報告する。暫定期間中はQMS推進室長に直接報告する場合がある。 主な職務内容 / Key Responsibilities System Management
