目的および組織における役割 このポジションは、学習とコンシューマー重視の考え方を組織に根づかせ、推進していく役割を担います。知識と経験を活かし、チームとステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、部門目標の達成のためのプロダクトトレーニングを提供します。また、プロダクトトレーニングに必要なDigital Learning Platform（ATTICUS）や各種リソースがローカルで適切に整備・更新され、卸売のKey Account(WHS KA)およびRetail Storesが高いパフォーマンスを発揮するための学習環境を整えます。さらに、Global Sales Academyを含むクロスファンクショナルな連携の中で、明確な方向性を示しながら主体的に業務を推進します。ステークホルダーやパートナーとも適切に連携し、必要に応じて建設的な提案や働きかけを行いながら、社内外のベストプラクティスを取り入れて実行の質を高めていきます。 主な職務内容 Global Sales Academyの教材を活用し、ローカルのステークホルダーと連携しながら、Retailおよびホールセールスの店舗チーム向けに、オンライン／オフライン両方のプロダクトトレーニングを企画・準備・実施します。これにより、消費者に適切にブランド価値が伝えられるよう、商品知識とブランド理解の向上を図ります。 adidas BrandおよびProduct Knowledgeの向上を推進し、ブランド価値の向上に貢献する カテゴリースペシャリスト（例：Running、Football、Styling）に対するオンライン／クラスルームのセッションを企画し、スタッフおよびRetail Store スタッフに提供する。 個別のサポートが必要な場合には、WHS key doorsおよびRetail Storesに対して、現場でのプロダクトトレーニングを実施する。 ローカルのproduct team（BUおよびRetail MD）の支援を受けながら、グローバルツール（ATTICUS）を活用し、WHSおよびRetail Sales向けに、ローカル市場に即したProduct／Brandトレーニングツールを作成する。 商品に関する問い合わせ窓口として、WHSおよびRetail storesをサポートする。 各チャネルおよび店舗フォーマットの学習ニーズに合わせて、トレーニングコンテンツを設計・展開する。 主な関係部署・関係者 Global Sales Academy Japan BU Wholesale
