Key Duties 1. 全国でのアフターサービス活動の管理とサポート Japan 全域におけるアフターサービス（修理、保守点検、トラブルシュート）の品質向上と効率化をリードし、顧客満足度の最大化を図る。 2. Distributor 向け修理トレーニングプランの企画・実行・評価スキームの構築 販売代理店（Distributor）のサービス技術レベルを向上させるためのトレーニングプログラムを企画・設計。 トレーニングの運用管理、効果測定、改善サイクルを確立し、継続的なスキルトランスファーを推進。 3. 連携企業とのエンゲージメント戦略の策定と新たなサービスモデルの展開 協力企業・委託業者との関係構築およびパフォーマンス管理を主導。 共同で新たなサービス提供モデルを開発・導入し、サービス品質および業務効率向上につなげる。 4. パーツ在庫管理および最適化のリード、改善活動のオーナーシップ 全国のサービスパーツ在庫の最適配置、発注管理、ロス削減を推進。 データ分析にもとづく在庫最適化と物流効率化の改善施策を企画・実行し、コスト効率とサービスリードタイムの改善をリードする。 Key Activities 修理対応（現地・リモート） Repair work ( onsite and remote) 機器設置工事対応（現地・リモート） Installation work( onsite and remote) 社内・パートナー会社のサービストレーニング企画・立案・実施 Planning
