主な役割 : ◆期待役割 1本社戦略を理解し,新規及び既存マーケットへの製品販売のプラン策定 2顧客ニーズに合わせ,様々なチャネルを使った,医薬品情報の提供 3マーケット情報の収集と情報に基づいたエリアプラン策定(競合他社の動向•市場環境,顧客ニーズ等) 4特定のエリアにおけるビジネスの成長機会及び脅威の特定 ⑤他のメンバーに対して,助言をするなど良い影響を与える ⑥クロスファンクショナルチームの理解と活動( KAM/ 本社 MKT/MAF 等) ◆主な業務活動(期待役割の要素に紐づく主な業務活動を番号で紐づけ) •担当エリアにおいて,目標を達成する為の具体的な年間計画を自らで策定する。(1) •所属組織の方針に沿って,担当エリアで対応すべき事柄について自ら優先順位をつけて活動し,必要に応じて適宜自ら修正,変更ができる。(2) • Dr の訪問や顧客に適したチャネルを使い,自社製品を中心とした医薬品情報の提供/使用された医薬品の情報収集を行い,医薬品の適正な使用と普及を図る(薬剤部,看護部,臨床検査部,病理部などステイクホルダーに対しても自社製品浸透のための情報提供,情報収集を行う)(2) •顧客やステイクホルダーから得られた情報や担当エリアのマーケットの現状について自ら分析し,正確な情報に基づいて計画を修正•変更し,その時点で最も効果的な新規顧客開拓を含む訪問計画の策定し,実行する。(2•3) •関係特約店を訪問し,自社製品のみならず疾患関連製品の使用状況等含め情報の収集と提供を行う (2•3) •薬剤評価を確実に高めるために,有害事象マネジメントを含む適切な症例フォローが実践できる(2•3) •目標の進捗やマーケット情報をマネジメント層に報告する(1•3•4) •自分の担当エリアだけでなく,チーム全体の状況を把握し,サポートが必要なメンバーに支援を行い,より高度な情報提供活動ができるように支援する。(4•⑤) •クロスファンクショナルチームを活用し,将来的に成長するであろうエリアやビジネスにインパクトをもたらす要因を特定し,実行する。(4•⑤•⑥) 応募要件: 学歴 : Ø 4 年制大学卒業 必須経験及びスキル: Ø プレゼンテーションスキル 聞き手の状況を理解した上で,適切なツールを活用しながら,重要な点を効果的に伝えられるレベル
