Job Description Job Description: 仕事の内容 バイオ医薬品の研究開発・製造を行う製薬企業やバイオ関連企業に対して、営業活動の実行を担っていただくポジションです。顧客の目的や課題を理解し、短期・長期両方の視点で製品やソリューション提案を行いながら、顧客と関係を構築し、販売目標達成と事業成長をリードいただける方を募集しています。国内の担当エリア（東日本・中日本・西日本など）の顧客に対し、直接のご提案と代理店と連動した間接的なご提案を組み合わせながら実施いただきます。 主な製品群： https://www.thermofisher.com/jp/ja/home/life-science/bioproduction.html １、顧客の経営層から現場担当者まで広い関係性を構築し、維持・拡大する ２、研究開発から製造まで、各種ニーズを掘り起し、顧客のアウトカムを最大化するソリューションを提案し、持続的なビジネス戦略を実行する ３、年間販売目標達成に向けて、Salesforceを使用した顧客管理、案件管理に責任を持つ ４、国内外の社内関係者（技術営業、マーケティング、サイエンティストなど）を巻き込みながら、各顧客のゴール達成のための商談を円滑にまとめリードし成果に結びつける 必要なスキル １、3年以上の営業職・アカウントマネジメント・およびそれに準ずる経験（製薬企業や、化学企業などの法人営業が好ましいが、必ずしも限定しない） 2、顧客の課題を正確に理解し、ビジネス分析や顧客分析をもとに仮説を立て、提案・実行する力 3、技術革新やビジネスの変化に対して、柔軟かつスピード感を持って対応する力 4、社内の多くの関係者とのコミュニケーションを厭わず自ら積極的に動き、戦略を立案、実行できる人 5、流暢な日本語（会議のファシリテート、プロジェクトのリード、公文書の理解などを含む）、および英語のコミュニケーションスキル（メール等での読み・書きが中心だが、会議に参加できる程度のリスニング・スピーキング力があるとなおよい）...
