NMR装置のセールス職（東京） Oxford Instruments MR Sales Tokyo 勤務場所：東京本社 （東京都品川区北品川 5-1-18 住友不動産大崎ツインビル東館） 所属部門：マグネティック・レゾナンス事業部 担当業務： TD-NMR装置の直接または代理店経由での販売促進活動。年間販売目標の達成および長期成長目標に沿った、販売・マーケティング戦略の立案と実行。 分析機器事業部長や代理店と協業しての、顧客との密接な関係構築。NMR装置の成長計画の立案と実行。 事業の成長と収益性の向上のため、直販および代理店販売の最適化。 大規模な入札案件や交渉において、最良の価格と条件での案件獲得。 主要顧客および主要オピニオンリーダー、既存顧客との関係構築および維持。 マーケティングチームと協業し、新製品の市場投入。 アプリケーションエンジニアと密接に協業し、NMRのデモおよびサンプル分析の最適化。 アプリケーションエンジニア、マーケティング、サービスチームと連携し、デモやサンプル分析、ワークショップや展示会を成功させる。 テリトリ内のパイプラインを構築および維持し、タイムリーで正確な販売予測、売上とKPIに関する関連市場レポートの作成。 CRMシステムまたは営業引き合い管理表へのタイムリーで正確な営業状況の入力。（毎週管理） 必要に応じて、案件についてUK本社と価格や条件等について交渉すること。 学歴： 四年制大学卒（理系）以上 必要な知識・経験・資格・スキル等： 複数年以上の理化学機器・分析装置関連製品の営業経験。NMRの経験があれば尚可。 コミュニケーション力をベースとした交渉力とプレゼンテーションスキル。 売上目標達成やシェア拡大の実績。 市場に精通しており、顧客志向であること。 時間を効率的に使い、責務を全うすること。 他部署との協業ができるチームプレイヤー。積極的で自発的に行動できること。 宿泊を伴う出張が可能なこと。関東圏のお客様が多いが月１―２回程度は、関東圏以外のお客様の訪問に関連した出張あり。 英語力 TOEIC650で、実際に業務にて営業を使っていた経験があることが望ましい。 待遇・勤務条件： 就業時間 9:00-17:30
