General Summary / 職務概要 人工膝/股関節領域の新製品導入やプロダクトマネジメントを担当するマーケティング業務 Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責 1)事業戦略•製品戦略の立案と実行: •今後数年のあいだに人工関節の市場を奪還するため,ご自身のこれまでの経験や医師からのフィードバックに裏打ちされたビジネスインサイトと,客観的市場データ分析の両面から,マーケティング戦略を立案し検証する •営業部と一体となり,スピード感をもって戦略を実行する 2)新製品導入プロセスの遂行: •シェアード部門のステイクホルダーを巻き込みながら,プロジェクトタスク管理や書類作成,販促品の準備など,あらゆるタイプのインハウス実務を並行して進めるマルチタスクの遂行 •日本を代表するトップKOL(医師)との円滑なコミュニケーション 3)製品在庫マネジメント: •顧客に自社製品を安定的に供給しながら,同時に効率的な在庫管理,適切な利益率の実現 •マーケターとして市場トレンドやビジネス成長を予測し,製造•商流に関わる国内外の多数のステイクホルダーとのコミュニケーションをタイムリーに実施する 4)その他: •市場&競合分析,売上管理(予測,管理&分析),価格戦略,重要顧客への対応,国内外への各種プロジェクトへの参画,Digital•オムニチャネルやCRMなどを活用した戦略立案(営業推進),DPS戦略的優先課題などKey Requirements (skills, competencies, experiences, certifications) / 必要要件(スキル,知識,経験,資格)必要要件 人工関節業界での職務経験 5年以上が望ましい(あるいは医療機器業界経験3年以上) 膝/股関節の解剖ならびに3次元座標系の知識,ナビゲーション/術中手術支援ロボットの立会い経験があると望ましい 市場に対しご自身の分析,洞察に基づいての戦略立案,また外部環境を俯瞰し,客観的な視点も見据えた施策の立案 ビジネスミーティングを英語で対応できる英語力及びライティング能力 同時に複数のことを並行して進めるマルチタスク能力 失敗や変化を恐れない,新たなチャレンジへの意欲,最後までやりきる力 Excel,Word,PPTの基礎知識...
