Job Description ポジションタイトル： テリトリーセールス部 Territory Account Manager （East） Essential Duties and Responsibilities 管轄テリトリー（East・West）における担当機関（中堅検査センター、基幹病院、大手検査センター営業所、健診施設及び研究機関）に対し臨床検査測定機器の導入と更新及び検査試薬、POCT体外診断薬、遺伝子検査試薬の新規採用、拡販を主な業務として管轄テリトリーにおける売上目標達成、そこを加味した戦略・戦術の立案、実践に貢献する。 Justification【募集理由】 アレルギー検査市場、自己免疫疾患市場、遺伝子検査市場、RUO専用機器等における更なるシェア拡大のため Job Description アレルギーや自己免疫疾患、遺伝子検査領域における基幹病院へ当社の医療機器、検査試薬の販売・拡販活動を通じて、売上増加と当社のプレゼンスの向上に貢献する。 検査センターにおける機器のリプレイスや試薬の増量提案、価格交渉等を行い、関係値向上、市場拡大を目指す。 大手検査センター営業所との密な協業により、関係値の向上と売上の最大化を目指す。 アレルギー関連診療科のクリニックに対しPOCT及びスクリーニング検査試薬を中心に新規開拓及び既存拡販を実施していく。 上記顧客施設や担当地域で起きている市場の変化、ニーズ等を意欲的にフィードバックし正しい状況の把握とそれを踏まえた新しい戦略、戦術の立案に参画し実践していく。 Experience / Other Requirements 売上目標達成に責任感があり、自らの業務に対しバイタリティーを持ち合わせていること。 検査医学・医療業界における一般知識の保有及び顧客との折衝、交渉に必要な対人スキルを有する事。 3年以上の医療業界営業経験 （基幹病院、検査センターにおける営業担当経験が有れば、尚可） 顧客ニーズを明確にヒアリングし上長や自身の考えと擦り合わせ調整、精査し、提案するスキル。...
