ポジション概要 ニューバーガーのプロダクト管理部は、国内証券投資信託・投資一任契約に係る投資運用、自己募集・私募の取扱いに伴う商品説明、および投資顧問契約に基づく助言など、当社の運用ビジネス全般を横断的にサポートする部門です。運用戦略の価値を対外的に伝える、ビジネスの最前線を支える役割を担っています。 本ポジションでは、債券・株式及びオルタナティブ戦略のRFP・DDQへの回答作成、データ管理まで、運用ビジネスの中核を支えるマルチロールを担います。社内の運用部門・セールス・コンプライアンス・海外拠点など多様なステークホルダーと協働しながら、グローバル水準のアセットマネージャーとして機関投資家に選ばれ続けるための重要な役割を果たします。 主な業務内容 RFP / DDQ 対応：機関投資家・年金・販売会社・コンサルタントからの質問状に日英で回答・作成サポート クロスファンクショナル連携：運用部・クライアントレポーティング・コンプライアンス・海外チームと協働し、新規・既存顧客の問い合わせに対応 データ管理：運用パフォーマンス・AUM・スタッフ情報などのデータを正確に管理・更新 使用ツール：Qvidian / Aladdin / Bloomberg / 社内開発ツール 求める人物像・必須要件 運用会社でのRFP・DDQの作成、定量情報回答、またはデータ管理の経験 Excel・Word・PowerPoint を業務レベルで使いこなせること 日本語：ネイティブレベル 英語：ビジネスレベル（特にライティング） 多部署・多国籍チームとの円滑な連携ができること 複数案件を並行して期限管理できること メール・口頭ともに明確・丁寧に発信できること 新しいテクノロジーやデジタルツールに対して積極的に取り組み、活用意欲があること 歓迎する経験・スキル 即戦力として特に歓迎： 株式・債券・ESG・プライベートアセットに関する知識・質問状対応の経験 Aladdin / eVestment / FactSet いずれかの使用経験 日英・英日の翻訳スキル 下記経験者も積極的に歓迎： 営業用ピッチブック・プレゼン資料の作成経験
