企業概要 当社は、オリンパス㈱から祖業した事業を起源とし、2025年7月に、鉄道業界のグローバルリーダーであるWabtecグループの一員として新たなスタートを切りました。 当社の工業用内視鏡、非破壊検査機器および分析器は、高い技術力と販売力によって、世界トップシェアを獲得しており、航空宇宙・自動車・石油化学など あらゆる産業の品質を支えています。また、近年、データやクラウドを活用したソリューションビジネスへの拡大も進めています。 工業用内視鏡は、航空機や自動車のエンジンや、発電所や科学プラントの各種設備などの、人が直接見ることができない内部の状態を確認するときに用いられています。当社の製品は、企画、開発、製造、販売まで一貫して自社で行っています。様々な国/地域に製品を供給し、アフターサービスまで対応している当社は、グローバル規模で、社会の安心・安全に貢献しています。 求人内容 業務内容 工業用内視鏡の3D計測技術開発（要素検討、アルゴリズムのソフトウェアモジュール化、製品評価、製造設備展開） 継続的な顧客価値の向上には、3D計測の進化は重要な位置づけです。小型カメラを用いた高精度な3D再構成や3D計測機能は、ユニークで高度な専門技術が必要です。経験を積みながらスキルアップしていただき、数年後には、アルゴリズム検討をリードしていただくことを期待する若手エンジニアを募集します。 工業用内視鏡（以下、RVI分野）において3D計測性能の向上および機能拡張は、顧客訴求力が高いため、その技術力の強化は欠かせない。そのためには、コンピュータービジョン領域におけるアルゴリズム検討の増強が必要である。また、光学、映像、機械工学まで多岐に渡る専門知識も必要なため、それらを保有する即戦力人材の獲得は難しい。よって、アルゴリズム検討経験のあるジュニアレベル以上を早期獲得して、中長期的な時間軸でスペシャリストへと育成したい。また、同技術を担当しているシニアエンジニアのミッション変更も考えているため、速やかに次世代を担う若手または中堅人材を補充したい。 主な責任 （短期） シミュレーション検討および実機評価 アルゴリズム検討（マイナー変更、パラメータ最適化）およびソフトウェアモジュール化 （長期） 3D新機能の開発（新規アルゴリズム検討含む） 3D計測性能向上のための要素検討（アルゴリズム含む計測システム全体の検討） 使用するシステムやツール名、開発環境など 独自の検討環境(C++, C#)、ソフトウェア管理ツール 資格 必須要件 応募可の最終学歴：大学以上 日本語：ネイティブレベル 英語：TOEIC500点以上 専門スキル アルゴリズム検討および実装経験：２年以上 OpenCVなどを用いたコンピュータービジョン向けソフトウェア開発経験：１年以上 歓迎要件 数値計算プログラムを含むソフトウェア開発経験：２年以上（C, C++, C#, Pythonの２言語以上、規模とジャンルは問わない） 光学理論（反射、屈折、干渉など）の基本知識 画像処理の基本知識 SLAMなどの三次元再構成処理や3D点群処理に関するアルゴリズム検討経験 2D/3D計測に関する性能評価経験 英語コミュニケーション力：TOEIC650点以上 その他の情報 入社直後のサポート体制 マネージャーによるガイダンス説明 中堅者による技術レクチャー（メンター兼務） 光学および計測技術に関する研修（社内、社外）
