Basic Purpose of the Job マーケットアクセス戦略 マーケットアクセス戦略グループ アナリストは、以下の活動を通じて、開発中のアセットについて、製品価値の最大化に向け世界戦略に貢献をする。 Corporate Market Access部門が策定するアセット戦略に基づき、アセット特性に最適な価値戦略を提案する。 日本市場における治療環境や患者ニーズに基づくアナリストニーズを、巨大な意思決定層レベルのトレンドを踏まえ、アセット戦略に反映させるアクションプランを策定する。 日本市場における治療環境や患者ニーズを分析し、アセット戦略に反映させるアクションプランを策定する。 Accountabilities 開発中のアセットについて、Value propositionから日本のEarly Asset team及びグローバルチームに対して必要なインプットを行い、アセット戦略に責任を持つ。 開発中のアセットについて、Corporate Market Access部門に対して必要なインプットを行い、アセット戦略に責任を持つ。 開発中のアセットについて、保険償還に関する戦略を策定し、保険償還に関する戦略を実行するために必要な情報の提供及び分析を行う。 国内外の保険償還制度の動向、規制を把握するとともに、将来的な見通しの方向性を予測し、戦略構築に反映する。 Regulatory and/or Organisational Requirements 以下の規制及び要件を遵守する。 医薬品医療機器等法 医薬品の保険償還制度、薬価制度、及び関連法規 医薬品製造販売業許可 医薬品の品質管理及び安全管理システム Job Complexity 国内外の保険償還制度の動向、規制を把握し、将来的な見通しの方向性を予測し、戦略構築に反映する。 社内外の関係者と連携し、アセット戦略を策定するために必要な情報を収集し、分析する。
