このポジションの勤務地は神奈川県県相模原市です。 物流未経験からキャリアアップ可能なポジションです。私達と一緒に新たにAmazonの歴史を作り上げましょう！ 現在は当たり前となった「お急ぎ便」「お届け日時指定便」「当日便」は、お客様の利便性を追求し実現した、日本発の配送サービスです。そのサービスを実現しているのはアマゾンの心臓部である物流拠点、フルフィルメントセンター（以下FC）の仕組みにあります。 FCはお客様のご注文に対して、より早く正確に商品を、多くの地域へ提供するため、入荷から出荷までの各工程において、Amazon独自のノウハウを活かした効率的かつ的確な管理を実施し、最新の自社テクノロジーを導入する事で更なる最適化に挑戦し続けている事業です。 そのFC事業は、日本で2005年に開業して以来、現在25拠点以上に成長しました。本年も継続して事業の拡大に伴い、私達と一緒にお客様起点に考え、更なるイノベーションを起こしていただける情熱的な仲間を「プロセスアシスタント」として募集します。 ■業務内容■ 「プロセスアシスタント」には、他業種・職種も含めこれまでの経験、スキルを活かし、改善点を模索しながら、より便利でお客様に満足いただける高い品質のサービスを提供できるビジネスをつくる事、そして先進テクノロジーと「People First」の考え方で、安全・快適・楽しい職場環境の構築を行う、将来の組織のリーダーを目指していただける事を期待しています。 具体的にはマネージャーのサポートのもと、以下の業務に責任をもち遂行いただきます。 ① 安全・品質・作業効率の向上 安全安心な作業環境の維持・向上のため、日々の安全活動、品質チェックに加え、多岐にわたる問題解決・改善活動を行います。 ② 日々のオペレーション対応 FCはAmazonの豊富な品揃えを実現する巨大な物流拠点です。商品を入荷、在庫として管理し、注文があった商品を出荷するという一連の流れを各工程間で連携をとりながら、業務を円滑に進める事が求められます。 お客様とお約束した期日までに商品を迅速かつ正確にお届けするため、時間ごとの計画に沿ってオペレーションを実施することに責任を持ちます。 ③ 新規プロジェクトの導入・セール時など、オペレーション拡大時の準備 新しいサービスやシステムの導入に備え、現場での手順変更・導入方法を検討し円滑な導入に向けて準備を行います。また、新規入職者でもAmazonの標準作業に則った手順がスムーズに身につくためのトレーニング構築やマニュアルを作成します。 ④ イレギュラーへの対応 作業で発生する様々な課題の原因を追求し問題解決を行います。また、再発防止策案の検討、実施を行います。 ■働き方■ ・勤務形態：1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制のシフト勤務。 ・勤務時間：1日8時間勤務、1ヶ月を平均して1週間40時間を超えない範囲で設定します。 ・休日：年間120日（月平均10日） ※原則、日勤、夜勤含めた2～3シフトで会社が決定し、遅くとも当月末日までに翌月分をお伝えします。シフトは日勤・夜勤の間にも必ず公休を挟み、負担が少ないよう配慮しています。 ※1日の流れ：以下ページをご参照ください。 先輩社員インタビュー ■福利厚生■ 下記ページをご確認ください。 福利厚生 | アマゾンジャパンキャリアサイト ■教育制度■ 入社後、約1週間はAmazonのリーダーとして必要な会社のカルチャーや、FCの基本的な業務を一通り学ぶことができる座学の機会を提供します。各部署へ配属後は、トレーナーのもと、OJTで工程知識やツールの使用方法など基礎知識を学んでいきます。トレーニング資料も完備しており、相互に進捗を確認しながら独り立ちまでしっかりとサポートしますので、未経験者も安心してスタートができる環境です。
