＜募集背景/Reason for hiring＞ 事業環境が変化する中で、短期の収益改善（物流・荷姿の原価低減）と、中長期の競争力（新車上流での物流最適化）を同時に進める必要があり、本ポジションを募集します。 ＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞ ■ミッション： 新車開発の早い段階から、部品の「形状・仕様」「調達先」「モノの流れ（供給のしかた）」に踏み込み、物流・荷姿の観点で“非効率の前提”を最適化し、量産後まで効く原価競争力と品質をつくること ■職務： 品質、原価、効率など全てに影響を持つ荷姿をコアとして、新車上流での部品・調達前提の最適化、最適な荷姿仕様の合意形成・立上げ、量産後の環境変化に応じた原価低減、およびグローバル日産の本社として全社活動を横ぐしで推進する ■具体的な職務例： (1) 上流（企画・設計検討段階）での前提最適化 ・設計構想情報を読み解き、物流・荷姿の影響を想定して、非効率になりやすい部品仕様／形状の改善提案を行う（例：デザイン変更や組立工順変更と合わせた荷姿効率化、モデル間の容器共用化など）。 ・調達先・モノの流れを前提に、部品サプライヤー別の荷姿・物流費を試算し、「最適な調達・現地化」を推進する判断材料のを作る。 (2) 試作〜立上げ（量産準備）での仕様確定と実装 ・条件・要件を考慮し、3Dデータ等で荷姿を検討/設計 → 試作品で評価 → 仕様合意 → 量産容器準備までリードする。 (3) 短期の原価低減・改善の推進 ・荷姿・輸送の改善による原価低減を、関係部署（設計・購買・工場・物流パートナー）と連携しながら推進する。 ■レベル別の期待値（担当職／総括職） ・担当職（スタッフ）： 担当プロジェクト/領域で、上流検討〜試作評価〜仕様合意までを自走し、関係者調整を行い、決め切る。 ・総括職（チームリーダー）： 設計・購買・工場を巻き込んだ合意形成をリード。上流での前提最適化を横串で推進。 ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this
