日本語 勤務地： リモートワーク（日本在住の方歓迎） 契約形態： 業務委託（フリーランス） 会社名： Animation Inc.（Animates） 私たちについて Animation Inc.は、AIキャラクターと自然な会話を楽しめるコンパニオンアプリ「Animates」を開発しているスタートアップです。 Animatesでは、リアルタイムのアニメーション、自然な会話、そして過去のやり取りを記憶する機能を組み合わせることで、キャラクターがまるで生きているかのように感じられる体験を目指しています。 私たちが大切にしているのは、キャラクターそれぞれの個性や感情が伝わり、ユーザーとの会話を通じて親しみや愛着が生まれることです。 今回、キャラクターの会話をより自然で魅力的なものにするため、日本語のセリフや会話表現を一緒に考えていただけるライターを募集します。 募集ポジションについて 自然な日本語の会話表現に優れ、言葉遣いや会話のテンポ、感情表現などの細かなニュアンスを理解しているキャラクター・会話シナリオライターを募集しています。 AIキャラクターの話し方、感情表現、性格、ユーザーとのコミュニケーションのあり方などを考え、キャラクターの魅力を引き出していただくポジションです。 一般的な翻訳やローカライズ業務とは異なり、キャラクターが「そのキャラクターらしく」話し、反応するための表現をつくるクリエイティブな仕事です。 たとえば、同じ内容を伝える場合でも、キャラクターの性格や感情、相手との関係性によって、言葉遣いや会話のテンポは変わります。そうした細かなニュアンスを大切にできる方を求めています。 長年の実務経験は必須ではありません。経験年数よりも、創造性、キャラクターへの理解、自然で魅力的な会話を書く力を重視しています。 業務内容 キャラクターの性格、口調、話し方の設計・改善 キャラクターごとの個性や感情、状況に合わせた自然な日本語のセリフ・会話の作成 会話のテンポ、言葉遣い、ユーモア、感情表現などの調整 ユーザーへの反応や感情表現、関係性の築き方など、キャラクターの振る舞いに関するアイデアの提案 キャラクターの個性を一貫して表現するための会話スタイルやガイドラインの作成 海外のクリエイティブチーム・プロダクトチームとの連携 既存のキャラクターの会話をレビューし、より自然で感情豊かな表現へ改善 必須条件 ネイティブレベルの日本語力があり、自然な会話表現や言葉のニュアンスを深く理解している方 日常会話で使われる自然な言い回し、口語表現、会話のテンポ、ユーモア、感情表現に敏感な方 キャラクターの個性を表現し、魅力的な会話やセリフを作成できる文章力・創作力 海外チームと英語でコミュニケーションが取れる方（チャット・オンラインミーティングの両方） キャラクター制作や会話・セリフの執筆スキルが分かるポートフォリオ、または作品サンプルを提出できる方 AI、インタラクティブな会話、キャラクターを中心としたコンテンツに興味がある方 歓迎条件
