職務目的 中小企業（SME）・中堅企業（CAP）マーケット開拓による法人契約を獲得するビジネスを担当 大阪営業部が保有する直扱い契約の更改アップセル・クロスセルなどの募集活動 営業社員の育成・採用・サポート・帯同・管理業務 職責 アカウントマネージャーとして主に中小企業（SME）・中堅企業（CAP）マーケット開拓による法人契約を獲得するビジネスを担当します。 主な業務はプレイングマネージャーとして大阪営業部の直扱い契約の更改・アップセル・クロスセルなどの募集活動に自ら関わると同時に、三課営業社員の育成・採用・サポート・同行・管理業務を行います。 生損保問わず他社商品も含めた多岐に及ぶ保険商品の知識を習得して、企業に適切なリスク対策の組み合わせをお客様ごとに提案します。 また、営業社員に対して、見込み先へのアプローチ話法や商談準備や工夫も含め、企業への情報提供・企画・提案力を指導していただきます。 主要な関係先 内部関係先(AIG組織内) AIG損保大阪中央支店 大阪損害サービス APCCSC（コンタクトセンター） 外部関係先(AIG組織外) 損害保険会社（8社） 生命保険会社（10社） （公社）北納税協会・南納税協会 必要とされるスキル・経験 最終学歴 ・高卒以上 スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許 【免許】普通自動車運転免許 【スキル】コミュニケーションスキル、Excel・PowerPoint等の操作スキル 【性格/気質】誠実で関連部署と協力的な関係を築ける方 業務経験 ２年以上の営業経験 At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital
