Profession (Job Category):Project/Program Management Job Schedule: Full time Remote:No Job Description: 【ミッション】 プロジェクトの遂行をリードし、Hitachi Energyの方針、契約条件、品質基準、安全衛生・環境要件、財務目標、スケジュールに従い、すべての関連業務が適切に実施されるよう管理する。生産フェーズだけでなく、現地据付フェーズを含む場合もある。 【主な役割・責任】 ・顧客へのプロジェクト状況（進捗(QDC)、課題、各種計画案など）の報告責任を負う。事前に共有すべき内容について顧客と調整し、双方で問題の漏れが発生しないようにする。 ・仕様確認、納期調整などに関するプロジェクト計画の詳細スケジュールを顧客と調整し、社内へフィードバックする。 ・必要に応じて、社内のプロジェクトメンバーへ顧客との会議実施を指示する。 ・価格改定交渉、仕様変更提案などのエスカレーション事項について、事前に承認者を決定し、承認を取得する。 ・各チームから予算計画と実績の報告を受け、必要に応じて改善策や課題を検討する。 ・各チームのリスクをリスク管理シートに記載し、定期的に確認する。 ・各リスクに対して、担当者や期限を設定し、解決まで定期的にフォローする。 ・経営層へエスカレーションが必要な事項については、チーム作成の提案書を確認し、関係者へ決裁内容を反映する。
