主な職務/ Job Responsibility Service Key Account Manager は、Scania Japan の主要顧客に対し、長期的かつ価値に基づいたサービス関係を構築・維持する役割を担います。サービスに関するあらゆる窓口として、営業、テクニカルサポート、パーツ部門、そしてディーラーのワークショップと横断的に連携し、安定した顧客オペレーション、高いサービス品質、そして収益性のある成長を実現します。 このポジションは主要顧客向けのアカウントプランを策定し、サービス戦略の定義、アップセルや新たなサービス提案による成長機会の特定、そして運用面・商業面のリスクをプロアクティブに管理します。特に、顧客の稼働時間（アップタイム）や総保有コスト（TCO）の最適化に寄与するサービス販売の推進に重点を置いています。 また社内チームやディーラーと密に連携しながら、ワークショップのパフォーマンスや、顧客のオペレーションにとって重要な稼働率、生産性、効率、サービス品質、納期パフォーマンスなどの主要KPIを継続的にモニタリングします。 商業的視点とオペレーション理解を組み合わせることで、Service Key Account Manager は社内で「顧客の声」を代表する存在となり、サービス提供の継続的な改善に寄与し、Scania を長期的に信頼されるサービスパートナーとしての地位強化に貢献します。 The Service Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing long-term, and value-driven service relationships with Scania Japanʼs key customers.
