Job Description ポジション概要 SFEは、データ分析に基づく提案と意思決定支援を通じて、営業・マーケティング活動の効率化を推進し、ビジネス成果の最大化に貢献するチームです。 本ポジションでは、営業部門およびマーケティング部門と密接に連携しながら、売上データ、市場データ、活動データ、外部データを統合して示唆を導き、ビジネスプランの設計、実行支援、評価に貢献いただきます。Associate Directorとして、担当領域における分析・提案にとどまらず、自律的に課題を特定し、複数のステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、複雑なテーマを実行可能なプランへ落とし込み、組織にプラスの影響をもたらすことを期待しています。 主な職務内容 営業組織設計、MRリソースアロケーション、ターゲティング、販売目標設定、MR評価、Territory alignment等のSFE業務を推進する 売上データ、市場データ、活動データ、顧客データ等を活用し、営業戦略・ブランド戦略に資するインサイトを抽出し、ビジネスプランへの反映を支援する 新製品ローンチや重点部門横断案件において、分析設計、プロジェクト推進、実行支援を担う 新たな分析手法、業務モデル、テクノロジーの検証・導入を推進する 期待される役割 複雑かつ曖昧な課題に対して、自ら論点を整理し、解決に向けた道筋を設計する データ分析に基づき、最適かつ実行可能なビジネスプラン、営業施策、顧客アプローチを提案する 合意されたプランについて、関係部門と連携しながら、計画、実行支援、モニタリング、評価までの一連のプロセスに貢献する 担当業務にとどまらず、チームや組織にプラスの影響を与え、他メンバーの成長やチーム力向上にも貢献する 必須条件 営業戦略またはSFE領域に関連した実務経験 例: リソースアロケーション、ターゲティング、販売目標設定、営業組織設計、Territory alignment等 データ分析業務における5年以上の実務経験 製薬業界における市場データ、売上/実消化データ、処方・採用データ、活動データ等の複数データソースを活用・統合し、ビジネス上の示唆導出および意思決定支援につなげた分析経験 SAS、Alteryx、Python、Dataiku、SPSS、Access等の分析ツールを用いたデータ処理・分析経験、および高度なExcelスキル 多様なステークホルダーとの合意形成を推進できるコミュニケーション力、および相手に応じた資料作成・プレゼンテーション能力 望ましい条件 製薬業界におけるMR、営業企画、マーケティング、経営戦略、Commercial Excellence、IT部門での勤務経験 BIツールやダッシュボードの設計・運用経験 新製品ローンチ支援、またはクロスファンクショナルなプロジェクトをリードした経験 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力 例: メール、会議参加、プレゼンテーション 求める人物像 自ら課題を発見し、十分なガイダンスがない状況でも道筋を描いて解決まで推進できる方
