Box(NYSE: BOX)はインテリジェントコンテンツ管理（ICM）プラットフォームのリーディングカンパニーです。Boxのプラットフォームは、企業のコラボレーション促進や、コンテンツのライフサイクル全体の管理、重要なコンテンツの保護、そしてエンタープライズAIによるビジネスワークフローの変革を実現することを目指しています。2005年に米国で設立され、JLL、モルガン・スタンレーなどを含む大手グローバル企業や、日本では22,000社超および日経225の85%の企業の業務効率化を支援しています。 Boxは、カリフォルニア州レッドウッドシティーに本社を置き、米国、ヨーロッパ、アジアに拠点を持っています。株式会社Box Japanは2013年に設立された日本法人です。 Boxでは、重要なコンテンツを扱うプラットフォームをさらに推進し、お客様の働き方に大きな変革を提供する、またとない機会があります。コンテンツは私達の業務の中心にあります。契約書、請求書、社員情報、財務情報、製品仕様、マーケティング資産などの部署間に跨る重要なビジネス・プロセスに含まれる数十億ものファイルや情報が日々流れています。私達のミッションは、コンテンツ管理にインテリジェンスをもたらし、お客様がデジタル・トランスフォーメーションを実現するお手伝いをさせていただくことです。このAIと膨大な業務コンテンツの融合による、大規模な働き方の変革期に、そのビジネスの最前線に貢献することが、Boxではできます。 WHY BOX NEEDS YOU Revenue Operationsチームは、急成長を続ける営業組織を支えています。本ポジションでは、Sales Data Management Analystとして、営業管理システムおよび顧客関係管理システムにおけるすべてのデータの正確性・妥当性を担保していただきます。 主な役割は、見積から受注・計上・検証に至る一連の社内オペレーションを管理することです。これには、直販ビジネスおよびパートナービジネスの双方に関する受注対応が含まれます。 本ポジションは、会社のオペレーション基盤を支える重要な役割であり、社内のほぼすべての部門と連携します。日々の受注内容の検証業務は、売上や製品目標に関する全社レポーティング、営業コミッションや報酬管理、社内外向け指標の正確性に直接貢献します。 WHAT YOULL DO 営業オーダーの内容を確認し、必要情報の漏れや不備がないかをチェックしたうえで、社内オペレーションガイドラインおよびポリシーに沿って適切に検証・承認する すべての営業オーダーについて、KPIおよびSLAを満たしながら、正確かつタイムリーにSFDCへの計上処理を行う ディール構成、計上、受注ポリシーに関するグローバルのベストプラクティスやガイドラインについて、営業部門に助言する社内エキスパートとして機能する 一般的なポリシーや手順を、新しいケースや前例の少ない状況にも柔軟に適用し、変化の速い環境の中で適切な判断を行う メール、チャット、対面などさまざまなコミュニケーション手段を通じて、営業部門および社内関係者に対し、高品質なサポートと顧客対応を提供する Sales、Legal、Financeなど複数部門と密接に連携し、受注や計上に関する課題解決、新たな販売形態やビジネスニーズへの対応方針の策定を行う 月次締めにおいて、受注管理システム（SFDC）と請求システム（Zuora）の照合作業を支援し、社内外向けデータの品質と正確性を担保する グローバルチームと連携し、新たなポリシー、ツール、プロセスの導入を支援し、各拠点間の運用整合性を推進する 必要に応じて、各種アドホックプロジェクト、レポート作成、関連タスクを担当する Box ではコミュニティと対面でのコラボレーションを重要視していてます。Box の社員（Boxers）は、少なくとも毎週3日間以上はオフィスで勤務することが求められます。選考プロセスの中で、リクルーターが働き方や企業文化についてさらに詳しくご説明します。(Do not delete, always
