Engineer, Design Engineering 勤務地：静岡県富士市 概要 日本キヤリアでは、空調製品の中核部品であるコンプレッサ用モータの設計・開発を担うエンジニアを募集しています。量産機種の性能改善から新製品開発まで幅広く携わり、電磁気設計や構造設計、評価、量産立上げを担当いただきます。国内外の関係者や研究機関との連携を通じて、次世代空調技術の開発と製品競争力向上に貢献できるポジションです。 主な業務内容 ・コンプレッサ用モータの電磁気設計および構造設計 ・新機種開発における仕様策定、設計、試作・評価の実施 ・量産立上げに向けた技術支援および品質確認 ・品質改善、市場不具合対策、VA活動の推進 ・シミュレーションおよび実機評価を活用した性能検証 ・モータ性能および信頼性向上に向けた技術検討 ・大学や研究機関との共同研究および新技術開発 ・新技術の製品適用に向けた検証・評価業務 ・国内外の関係部門との技術的な調整・連携 ・空調製品の競争力向上を目的とした設計改善活動 この仕事の魅力 世界中で使用される空調製品のコア技術であるモータ開発に携わることができるポジションです。製品企画から設計、評価、量産立上げまで一貫して関与できるため、技術者として幅広いスキルを身につけられます。また、グローバル企業でありながら日本発の技術開発に携われる環境があり、研究機関との共同開発や最先端技術への挑戦を通じて専門性を高めることができます。 応募資格・求める人物像 必須条件 ・モータ設計（基礎検討、製図、評価試験）の実務経験、もしくは電気・電子系分野の知識を有する方 ・電磁気学、モータ制御、電気回路などの基礎知識を有する方 ・英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方（目安：TOEIC600点以上） ・関係部門と連携しながら業務を推進できる方 ・課題解決に向けて主体的に取り組める方 歓迎する経験・スキル ・電磁界解析ソフト（JMAG）を用いた設計経験 ・ブラシレスモータの設計経験 ・海外拠点や海外メーカーとの業務経験 ・大学や研究機関との共同研究経験 ・空調機器やコンプレッサ関連製品の開発経験 求める人物像 ・新しい技術や知識の習得に意欲的な方 ・論理的に課題を分析し、改善提案ができる方 ・チームワークを重視し、周囲と協力して業務を進められる方 ・品質や安全性に対して高い意識を持っている方 ・変化を前向きに捉え、柔軟に対応できる方
